When will I get my order?
In short, it depends on where you are. Orders placed for delivery within the Continental United States (also known as the Mainland) will generally ship within 2-3 business days from the heart of the Midwest. Any orders placed Mon-Fri and prior to 3pm CST will be processed that same day. Most order delivered within the United States takes an additional 2-5 days for receipt. How do I track my order?
We understand you want to keep tabs on your Nicotine Picks™. That's why we send you a shipment notification when your order leaves our warehouse with a tracking number. Just click on the number and you will be redirected to your courier's web page where you can track it until the moment it's delivered to your door or PO box.
Do you ship overseas?
Yeah, we've gone global with this! That being said, shipping costs will apply and will be visible during your checkout. To offset these costs may we suggest buying in bulk - you could save nearly 40% on your order! Not to mention this will help make sure you have a nice little stash conveniently located in your very own home. Please note overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive; so, order accordingly.

We all make mistakes. If you just submitted an order and realized the incorrect shipping information was used your best chance to correct this is to contact us via phone at (800) 370-0317. Have your order number ready and will try to help you correct the situation. Please note, we can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
How will COVID-19 affect my orders?
At this time, our customers are still able to use our website as normal. We are taking necessary steps to package and ship safely. However, due to unforeseen delays in shipping the normal delivery estimates (generally 3-5 days within the US) may vary up to 7-10 days. You can monitor the shipment of your package via email and check with your local postal service to have a better idea of delivery delays.

How do I change my Subscriptions payment information?
Simple. Just log on to your account - which can be accessed through the upper right hand menu icon (select either “Account” or “Login” from the side menu). From there you will be redirected to Login or (if already logged in) directly to your “Account” page.
Under the section - “Account Details”, you will select “Manage Subscription,” then “Payment Information” tab and then “Edit” (look to the right of the payment information drop down). Enter the new credit card information and click “Save Changes”.
How do I pause/resume my subscription?
The wonderful thing about your subscription is that it puts you in control. You can change it, pause it, or resume it at any time. First, “Login” to your account, if you don’t think you have one you can select “Create Account” or “Forgot Password”. If you have an account you will get an email to reset it. Once logged into your account look under the section - “Account Details." You will select “Manage Subscription,” then under “Subscription Status” select "Resume/Pause Subscription".
