In short, it depends on where you are.  Orders placed for delivery within the Continental United States (also known as the Mainland) will generally ship within 2-3 business days from the heart of the Midwest.   Any orders placed Mon-Fri and prior to 3pm CST will be processed that same day. Most order delivered within the United States takes an additional 2-5 days for receipt. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. We understand you want to keep tabs on your Nicotine Picks™.  That's why we send you a shipment notification when your order leaves our warehouse with a tracking number.  Just click on the number and you will be redirected to your courier's web page where you can track it until the moment it's delivered to your door or PO box.

Yeah, we've gone global with this! That being said, shipping costs will apply and will be visible during your checkout.  To offset these costs may we suggest buying in bulk - you could save nearly 40% on your order! Not to mention this will help make sure you have a nice little stash conveniently located in your very own home.  Please note overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive; so, order accordingly.

We all make mistakes.  If you just submitted an order and realized the incorrect shipping information was used your best chance to correct this is to contact us via phone at (800) 370-0317.  Have your order number ready and will try to help you correct the situation.  Please note, we can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped. 

At this time, our customers are still able to use our website as normal. We are taking necessary steps to package and ship safely. However, due to unforeseen delays in shipping the normal delivery estimates (generally 3-5 days within the US) may vary up to 7-10 days. You can monitor the shipment of your package via email and check with your local postal service to have a better idea of delivery delays.

According to some real sciency-looking people in a real lab we can proudly tell you that each Nicotine Pick contains up to 3 MG of nicotine per toothpick.

This part is pretty dang easy.  Simply place a single toothpick in your mouth between your cheek and gums and allow the nicotine to absorb into your bloodstream.  You’ll experience a peppery feeling with a burst of your selected flavor. We recommend rotating the unused end of the toothpick to the other side of your mouth and enjoying in the same manner.  A slight chew on the toothpick will aide in a speedier release of nicotine. Please chew lightly as toothpicks are a choking hazard and should not be swallowed. Click here to  access your account or navigate to the upper left hand corner.  You’re gonna look for three lines/dots - our techies call this the hamburger icon - but we don’t really see the resemblance.   Once clicked, a side menu will appear; you’ll select either “Account” (this option means you or someone before you is already logged in) or “Login” (if you haven’t logged in or aren’t sure if you have an account). From there you will be navigated to your “Login”/”Account” page.  If you were not logged in, you will be asked to provide your email and password or “Create an Account”. Once logged in, you will be navigated to your “Account” page.  

Sharing the computer/phone with someone else?  Don’t forget to log out after accessing your account. Our product is intended for those 21+ we are committed to prohibiting usage of our product by minors.  In addition, logging out of your account helps keep your information safe. It's a win/win.

Simple.  Just log on to your account - which can be accessed through the upper right hand menu icon (select either “Account” or “Login” from the side menu).  From there you will be redirected to Login or (if already logged in) directly to your “Account” page. 

Under the section - “Account Details”, you will select “Manage Subscription,” then “Payment Information” tab and then “Edit” (look to the right of the payment information drop down).  Enter the new credit card information and click “Save Changes”.   

The wonderful thing about your subscription is that it puts you in control.  You can change it, pause it, or resume it at any time. First,  “Login” to your account, if you don’t think you have one you can select “Create Account” or “Forgot Password”. If you have an account you will get an email to reset it.  Once logged into your account look under the section - “Account Details." You will select “Manage Subscription,” then under “Subscription Status” select "Resume/Pause Subscription".
